The Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) programme is a capacity-building initiative designed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of health care workers in addressing tobacco-related harm and smoke cessation. Working with the Ministry of Health and the Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi (NMCM), the project develops and delivers CPD modules, training programmes and health-education materials that empower health professionals to provide effective support to their clients.
