Training and events management services

The centre can design and implement customized training programmes in project management, team building, policy analysis and advocacy, strategic management, training for transformation, proposal writing, project cycle management, organizational behaviour, HIV and AIDS and gender analysis and mainstreaming in various sectors plus other related fields to improve job performance and work relations. In addition to formal training courses, we facilitate and organise donor meetings, project stakeholder meetings, evaluation meetings etc. If you have external donor/consultants coming, CDM can also provide technical guidance in the sectors they are concerned with.
